Microchanneling is a minimally invasive procedure that creates small perforations, or microchannels, in the skin. During & after the procedure Pro or MD Microchanneling delivery serum, containing human growth factors, is applied to the skin. This reduces inflammation & dramatically boosts the production of collagen and elastin. The MD Serum contains DOUBLE growth factors, providing faster results & shorter recovery time! MD is perfect for mature skin or addressing problem areas.The combination of the procedure & growth factors create enhanced results to minimize sunspots, fine lines, wrinkles, scarring and texture!
What to expect: 90min Downtime. If necessary, makeup can be applied after 90 min. You may experience mild redness and swelling, and a tight, warm sensation for up to 24 hours. Avoid Direct sun exposure for 1 week & use Sunscreen daily.
Best Results: Though neocollagenesis (the production of new collagen) can take 6+ weeks, it is not abnormal to notice an improvement in the quality and appearance of your skin within the first 24 hours. When this pathway is activated, a regenerating effect can be seen as hair follicles grow larger in size and proliferation.
What to expect: 90min Downtime. Mild-moderate discomfort during procedure. You may experience mild redness & swelling, a tight & warm sensation, & peeling up to 24 hours. Avoid Direct sun exposure for 1wk, use Sunscreen daily if scalp is exposed.
Best Results: A minimum of 5 sessions, spaced 2 weeks apart.
The hair regrowth is assessed every 2 weeks.
After 10 Treatments, the service may be halted if no further hair regrowth is observed, or continued at the 50% discount level until no further hair regrowth is observed.
